How we choose and list casinos

UK Top Games is an independent comparison site for online casinos licensed in Great Britain. This page explains how we decide what to list and what you should not read into our order.

What we check before listing a casino
- A UK Gambling Commission licence. We confirm on the public register that the company holds an active Remote Casino licence and that the casino’s domain is listed under it. We do not list casinos without one.
- Information the casino publishes. Minimum deposits and withdrawal times change often. We show a figure only when we found it on the casino’s own help or payment pages, and we link to that page. When we could not find it, the profile says “Not verified”.
- Safer gambling tools. Every casino licensed in Great Britain has to take part in GAMSTOP and offer tools such as deposit limits. We link to these tools and remind you to set them before you deposit.
What our pages are, and what they are not
Our casino pages are licence profiles based on the register and on information casinos publish. They are not hands-on reviews. We have not opened accounts or timed withdrawals ourselves. We say so on each page, and when we add testing we will say that too.
What our order means
The order of casinos on this site is alphabetical unless you sort the table yourself. It is not a quality score, and a position is not a recommendation.
Numbers we do not show
We do not show how many slot games a casino has. Casinos change their libraries often and publish rounded figures, and we have not counted them. Check the casino’s own games page.
How we are paid
Some links on this site may become affiliate links. If you click one and sign up, we may receive a commission from the casino. This does not cost you anything extra. Commission does not change whether a casino is listed, but you should know it exists, which is why we state it on the site.
At the moment the “Visit site” buttons open each casino’s own website and are not affiliate links. When that changes we will say so.
Corrections
Licences, terms and rules change. If you spot something out of date, please tell us through the contact page and we will check and fix it.
